Very few places are as knowledgeable about wood stoves as this one.
Called the shop looking for an adapter for a wood stove pipe, whoever answered the phone was so rude ! Asked me if I bought the stove from him, after I said no I didn't he told me " I can't help you , call who you got the stove from"
These guys are the best! Terrific customer service. They explain every step of the process and make it easy. This is our second fireplace with Basic Energy East. You won't go wrong with them.
I'm not one to post reviews, but need to say how great my experience was with Basic Energy East. Jeff is super knowledgeable about everything fireplaces and installation. He guided us through the whole process and we felt at ease working with him. David who runs the installation crew also did a fantastic job with both the installation and set up of the new fireplace. Highly recommend using Jeff and his team.
Great service and beautiful gas fireplace I purchased. Jeff went above and beyond helping me pick out all components for my new 42 inch gas fireplace. Received many compliments on the finished product. Seamless installation. Thank you for an overall great experience!!
