We stopped using our fireplace over ten years ago due to hassle and smoke. Spent some time with Jeff and decided on a glass door and wood grill with fan. We could not be happier with our choice and the fires are so simple to start and feed.
All I can say. They very knowledgeable and professional. They even help me get a plumber to run my gas line. They are top notch. We love our heat and glow escape gas insert
Very few places are as knowledgeable about wood stoves as this one.
Called the shop looking for an adapter for a wood stove pipe, whoever answered the phone was so rude ! Asked me if I bought the stove from him, after I said no I didn't he told me " I can't help you , call who you got the stove from"
These guys are the best! Terrific customer service. They explain every step of the process and make it easy. This is our second fireplace with Basic Energy East. You won't go wrong with them.
