After waiting eight months for him to show up, he showed up with a drawing that did not match what we talked about at all and would not pass permitting. Which he made me pay. Then told me that he was going to add $30,000 to the quoted job because his foundation was not up to snuff. At least I got 3000 of the $5000 down payment back. I Would not deal with him.
a local company in my area that's family owned. they take pride in all their work. I will recommend to anyone
