I called on short notice for a carpet cleaning to accommodate a tenant who wanted to move in sooner than expected and the nice folks fit me into their schedule that very day. Mike showed up on time and was friendly and professional. The carpets look great. It was such an easy, no-fuss transaction and I'm thrilled with the results.
