they are friendly and helpful and it was nice to finally go to a garage and not have work done that was not authorized and to not have mysterious problems with my car the month following the repair. I also appreciated the fact that they did charge me as much as they could have.
We have been using JJJ Car Car Service for a long time, even back when they were AAA Car Care Service. We have found them to be honest and helpful and generally have had no issues with them. Occasionally they have not been able to identify the problem, but they have never left our car in worse shape than when it went in. Overall, we find them easy to deal with, and honest and would recommend them to our friends.
We are a local auto dealership, and when we do not have the time to fix our cars, we send them to JJJ. They are fast, always get the job done right, and the best priced around.
