Terrible! I believe this company has gone out of business or moved. My parents warned us against using them after a bad experaince, but we went ahead and bought a full home blind package from them. It looked outstanding! Service repairs are expensive and not done as scheduled or promised. We finally gave up on them and called in another company for a repair. I went in for parts for my blind and John was more than helpful, he gave me the pieces I required to get blinds working at no charge.
Excellent services. ,, I recommend this company. I got beautiful blinds and the installation was perfect.
We have had nothing but problems with this company!! Spent thousands of dollars and now all we get is the royal run-around instead of even basic customer service. Very disappointed!!!
