I appreciate how quick changing my alternator was done and how in depth Dallas was when he explained how the alternator functions. Appreciate this business and the services they provide. Have been getting my car serviced by them for more than a year now and have been satisfied each time. Mitchell is great too!
I brought a 35 year old truck into the shop that stalled while going down the road after running well. Dallas was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and find not only the problem area but the root causes as well - fixing it for good. He also gave thorough explanations of what went wrong, how it was fixed, and why. The price was right too - the full out the door cost for parts and labor was less than a diagnostic at a dealer would cost. Definitely will be using Basic Auto for all my future auto repair needs!

I like the folks that operate this shop. Overall nice and reliable. I come by twice a year. Experience has always been pleasant. Service is prompt and I get sense of trustworthiness from them. I have not once felt like they wanted to up sell. I feel like they are a great place to come get your car serviced.
