When our refrigerator went on the blink, I called our longtime repairman (Tom D). I was disappointed when Tom told us he had retired and was no longer doing repairs. I was afraid we wouldn’t be able to find anyone good. Tom recommended Kevin Guerra. Kevin was right on time and git right to work suggested a few other things he noticed ... great work and fairly priced... highly recommend
We called Friday morning because our fridge wasn’t getting cold like it should, by the time I got home from work Kevin was there waiting to fix the fridge. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the problem and show you what’s broken rather than just saying something needs replaced and replacing it. I am pretty sure we have used in him the past for another issue but I can’t be sure. We will keep his information ah dy for future repairs and recommend him to others as well! Overall great experience.

Showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed it. Reasonable price. Can't beat that! I recommend him highly. Kevin came again to repair my washer. Amazing job. I thought it was beyond repair. Kevin had it running smoothly in no time. Basic Appliance is the BEST.
