Great place to buy a used car. Excellent customer service, very professional.
Went in for used tires came out with 10 stripped lug nuts and them refusing to replace them, while driving on freeway car started to shake had to go to another shop for new lug nuts because I refuse to give this business another dime.
Went in on the 20th to get a used tire. They were very nice and quick, BUT not even 24 hours later I came out to my tire losing air pretty quick. I took it down the road from where I was to Firestone. They took it off and inspected it and turns out Bashib Motors damaged the valve stem. So I had to buy a new tire. Again. Had no choice but to pay like $140 after already spending a total of $60 at Bashib. $200 later… I called Bashib this morning and the guy started arguing with me that they didn’t damage it.
