She was incredibly encouraging, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole process feel normal and judgment-free. She had me chatting about Avatar while committing follicular warfare 😭 and somehow made it the least awkward experience ever. She was patient, reassuring, and explained aftercare really well without being pushy. 10/10 — would absolutely book with her again!
