I was heading out west with my cargo trailer and was experiencing electrical issues. Had no trailer brakes, signal lights etc. I knew Bashaw was close, so I called to see if there was any chance they could look at it. Fraser, the owner said to stop on by and he would look at it. I stopped by and he determined it needed the 7pin end replaced going from the trailer to truck. He replaced it on the spot and everything worked perfectly! Great parts store. Lots of stock and great selection of nuts and bolts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice to have a parts store in Bashaw again. Ignore the older reviews. there are new owners and great to deal with .
