I've been going to this location for quite a few years.The customer service used to be great. Unfortunately the customer service for this location had gone from bad to worst. Half the time they don't answer their phone when I call to get a prescription refilled. At the counter in the store it's hard to get waited on. Sometimes I'm totally ignored.

Mike is now at this pharmacy after the Basha's pharmacy closed on Signal Butte Rd & Apache Trail. The in Feb 2024 he retired & Don is not up to par & the temps on the weekends are useless. I need a new pharmacist! It's been several months & it just gets worse they even cut the hours 6:30pm right about the time u getto the store after work! The new owners of Basha's must NOT want it to succeed with pharmacy & ur totally inflated prices ur trying to get to much profit and ur going to lose ur shoppers of 40 years!
