Worst Customer Service at their "CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK". Yura an employee at Bashas refused to let me use a pen to endorse a check. She said: "We Do Not Cash Checks !!! ". I said to: Yura: I'm not asking you to cash a check. I'm requesting to borrow a pen. She then said: 'SIR...WE DO NOT CASH CHECKS !!!
