Our experience with this office has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Appointments are constantly being rescheduled, and the doctor is frequently late or unavailable. It appears the practice has taken on more patients than they can realistically manage, and unfortunately the quality of care is suffering because of it. Shahatit is always late be prepared to wait at least an hour. After being checked in and vitals taken from the nurse, you still will have to wait at least an hour. Today I had my virtual visit to what after 1 hr and 45 minutes he never showed up. What a joke of a Dr.
He definitely knows what he's talking about for years. I've been trying to figure out what's wrong. He's the first doctor in a long time that was able to help me out high. They recommend this professional doctor.
My experience was good until today when we went for an appointment that we scheduled 2.5 months ago. Right when we made it downstairs, I got a phone call from a nurse in the office saying that the doctor needs a lab work and we have to reschedule!!!! Really? How come no one notified us before? Actually I received 2 appointment confirmation calls this morning and a few days ago. And I confirmed. I took time off work to bring my 75 yrs old mom to see the doctor. That was totally BS.
