I was seeing him for a treatment plan and my procedure wasn't covered by my insurance and was cancelled. I was to have a follow up appointment with him to discuss what we would do next but instead he cancelled me and I was told I could make an appointment in 3 months. Nobody from the office ever called me and now I have to start all over and get a referral for a new doctor.
