They are a typical landlord trying to squeeze you out of every penny. If you want to keep your deposit, stay away. I spent a whole week to clean everything before I left, but they took almost all of my deposit, and when I tried to dispute it, they took months to respond. Stay away!
Do your research beforehand. They are not accommodating and the owner is very rude. Even with evidence on the tenants end they take your money and they don’t really do much to be kind. The nicest are the maintenance people.
Current resident. There are no signage or other foreword warnings that your car will be towed if you park in a basham lot not right in front of your building.
