Unbelievably awful. Unprofessional management blatantly ripping college students off with the security deposit. For reference, I am a perfectionist and cleaned the entire two-story townhouse according to the detailed checklist we were given and expected under $100 to be deducted from the deposit. They kept over $400 of our deposit without giving a valid reason after 3 letters written back and forth on the subject and they refused my request to meet in person to settle the dispute.
