Oh my goodness, I came here today for an MRI and watched the lady at the desk, disrespect the people in front of me when I got there I was interrupted snarled at. She looked at the girl next to me and laughed. I have never been treated like this in a medical building. I apologized. When I arrived, there seemed to be an issue with my appointment date. It turned out that I was actually scheduled for the following day. Despite the misunderstanding, the staff was able to accommodate me and complete my MRI during that visit. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the situation. This was my second time visiting this location, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences there. The staff has been professional, courteous, and accommodating each time I've visited.
I called to set up appointment for my son's MRI they got him in same day I am so greatfull since he had a knee injury. Hospital was giving me appointment in 3 weeks. Im so greatfull since he had to have surgery next day . Everyone was nice and profesional ,dont belive these angry nasty reviews. People dont understand if you need exam right away they will do everything and anything to accommodate you ! Very nice compassionate group of people! i was yelled at by a front desk staff member, lady looked about mid 30s, dark curly hair, and a little overweight. i’m only 15 years old and if u think yelling at patients (especially children) will get you anywhere, you have a rough future ahead of you.
Horrible service, horrible staff. Then they blackballed my daughter from getting a mri because I had the nerve to call them out on their incompetence. Got confirmation from other people that their experience with this Basha location was similar. Stay away!!!
