Basha Diagnostics in Sterling Heights is now my preferred MRI location. It was an optimal experience, with unsurpassed professionalism, expertise, and comfort. The office staff was cordial and knowledgeable, and the experienced MRI technologist executed a diligent scan with the utmost care and precision. A cd of the results, with both the report and the photos of the area being examined, is issued to the patient. I got an MRI done here and I was told that they could have the report emailed to me by friday for my appointment with the specialist Doctor. Call them multiple times and talk to them. They told me that they had emailed me and that it must be in your junk mail or something. My options were to drive all the way back there, which is kind of far. Terrible experience, myself and a large group of others were in the building for over two hours from arrival to leaving! They over schedule, or had issues and never communicated or pushed back apts. I witnessed patients very uncomfortable and ailing while having to wait, and the process was very unprofessional and rushed I’m hoping my images were done correct, and should’ve have to think about whether they should be trusted or not when it comes to to health
3rd world country experience all around. NOT AN OPEN MRI, lied about that. The tech was horrendous with a terrible bedside manor and zero compassion. If a patient is in your building they are having a serious health issue. Do better. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. $1000.00 for 2 images, the results are super vague, they give you images on a CD that most Dr's don't even have technology for anymore to read them.
