I moved to Eugene 2.5 years ago and have been bouncing around salons trying to find a good fit but hadn't found a salon I wanted to make a second trip back to yet. I happened to land in Frankie's chair and am so lucky I did! Over 3 months later people still stop me in the street asking how I got my hair color so vivid. Frankie was both good at her job and just fun to talk to while we transformed my hair over several hours. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

This was my first visit to Bash, and Frankie did an amazing job! I’ve never felt more satisfied after a hair appointment. She is gentle, attentive, and skilled. The result was exactly what I asked for. They also have the most comfortable hair sinks—definitely a big bonus. The space is cozy, stylish, and clean. Every aspect of the experience, even the little detalis, like the quality of their capes (so soft) made it feel luxurious. I’ve gone here 4 times over the course of the past year or so, the first time, Maddy absolutely killed it and gave me exactly what I was after! A beautiful wolf cut with gorgeous layers and flow to it. But everytime after that, they have really failed to maintain the cut. The second time, I asked for the same exact thing (with pictures) and they curled it til it looked like Shirley Temple which I really disliked.
