My experience at BASH has never been anything short of amazing. When I first started coming to Maddy, my hair was fried, yucky and had been very neglected. Over the last 4-5 years Maddy and Roxy both have worked hard to help me get back to healthy, strong and beautiful hair. I'm temporarily in Eugene after a divorce on the East Coast, and desperately needed highlights. A family friend recommended Rosie, and she hit it out of the ballpark. Rosie did an amazing job with my highlights my very first time seeing her. Really unhappy with my haircut from Maddie. My bangs were cut way too short. My hair was chopped - I asked for a few layers and came out with much shorter hair than expected. I thought it looked alright when I left but then when I got home, I realized what had happened. Devastating. I will not be back as it's the worst haircut I've had in over 15 years. Next time - Take your time and check with the client as you cut length..never cut bangs super short..leave them longer and the client can get them shortened if needed later. ... read more
