Hey I didn’t want to do this review but unfortunately I’m a OTR driver and I knew the workers are trying there best but it is unacceptable to have to wait 5 hours to get loaded. We have clocks that are ticking the moment we start driving. Yall have to step it up cause those loads will not arrive on time if we can’t get loaded within a 2 hour window. Besides that security was great no issues the ladies were nice at check in
A long process for the security guard then to get to the dock and at the end a very slow unloading time,minimum a few hours
Follwing signs and directions is critical here, especially for first timers. Truckers: You CANNOT turn onto Ciba Rd directly from Hwy 43. The BASF Truck entrance starts at Schneller LN then you must read signs. (english) Pull into staging area and park. Take a breathe, thank your Creator for a safe journey and then call the number on the sigh for next instructions. MUST WEAR LONG PANTS to get access to plant. Hard hat and safety glasses required. The security guard is great. Just come at ur scheduled appointment time,I come in at 11am just thinking to be loaded early but from 11am it's now 3:30pm they still loading .now almost 5pm.I feel sorry for myself. Be prepared for your stay when u here.good lucky
Not good at all . Unfortunately,waiting all day .Got confusing deriction from security that's a totally diffrent entity so doesnt know much about trucking or BASF. Waited went to check inside 2 times. The people in warehouse they ask same information I already give and they sound no clue even one sems like supervisorje siad I v no appointment.I went to logistics found nice lady asked her politely and she did her best to help by calling in the radio who has my paperwork...She sent me to the back there are many docks I am here... read more
