Security protocol may take you way longer than expected. That's one thing, but the security guards are very rude and unprofessional. Everyone else was fine.

If it were possible, I would give this place a minus 0, the worst place to pick up your order, to get through you need to pass a test, various checks. It's like you're going to the president, and all you need to do is pick up your order, the female security guards don't know how to behave appropriately, they're very rude, I don't recommend this place to anyone!
