3 Starts average seem little bit too high. Since two hours on the dock and they barely moving.
My first time here and I’m gonna say I read the reviews and was a little worried. But, I’ll say this…if you have all of your appropriate info that they ask you for and you are nice then it should be easy peasy! I arrived at 0613 hrs for an 0715 hrs appointment time and I was getting loaded at 0730 hrs. Everyone that I dealt with from security, scale house and loaders were EXTREMELY nice to me! I’d go back again!
If you’re reading this before your visit, take note: if you can reject or cancel the load, I recommend doing so. The reviews about this refinery are accurate; they have little regard for appointment times and your schedule. From the security team to the check-in process, it's frustrating. I arrived at 8:15 AM, and by 1 PM, I still hadn't been assigned a door. It’s a waste of time and money—if you have the chance to earn $300 elsewhere, take it instead of coming here.
The plant is huge and a bit confusing. Enter the plant from Main Street and proceed to the Truck Inspection parking lot on the right. A very friendly guy is at the truck inspection station. The truck will be inspected for explosives and other items. The security guard will give you instructions on where to go afterward.
Please don’t come here they will waste your time I came here to pickup and they take 6 hours. they do inspection of every truck. Wasting lot of time
