Tom Basey is wonderful. He will always be honest with you and let you know if he has a better coverage or not for you. He helped my mother, who is elderly, and was able to speak to her in Spanish which was impressive to me. He is very well connected and always willing to help and connect you with others. Tom was incredible. We had a glitch on our part in getting our 97 year old mother signed up with Medicare Part D.
