Management is a JOKE. Do not waste your time with these people. Please avoid at all costs.
Their agent Grace has been FANTASTIC to work with. Homes are well built. They seem to try to balance cost with value. Helps keep prices from going crazy while providing a beautiful home. See picture of the HOA kids park. Though their toilet flange need work. Every single one warped and leaked in my house. Warranty department has been great though!
