Everyone is great. Great communication. Took care of aftercare and any other needs for my daughter.
My son (16) has been through multiple mental health facilities for RTC, PHP, and IOP. BasePoint was a step-down from RTC and has been phenomenal. While he was resistant at first, he quickly adjusted and was engaging in group therapy by the end of the first week of PHP. Professional communication and support. Outstanding staff and facility. He actually got a little down when he got sick and had to miss a few days.
They are amazing! I needed help so bad and I never felt like I was being judged! Eva is the sweetest! Julia is the 2nd best therapist I know and she’s so understanding, and Victoria is always with you to get you through med changes and has so many recommendations, and Elizabeth is always there when you wanna talk and can relate!
Great experience for our family. Very supportive and understanding. Great communication with us also which i found the most important!
This is a great place and everyone there are so nice. If you want the best help and great therapy I think you should try them.
