Amazing experience. Hard working patients and people. I really cannot put my experience into proper words without it being some long winded thing. I the awesome therapists and psychiatrists that work there.
I’m so grateful I was referred to Basepoint, I had never heard of partial hospitalization until they told me. The program was a great help in managing my anxiety and developing coping skills. Everyone who works there was so sweet and informative throughout the whole time I was there. Devan was an amazing therapist and gave me different perspectives which I appreciated!
We were in a unique situation because our insurance didn't cover Basepoint, but they came highly recommended from our pediatrician, nurses, and even school teachers. The first visit, my kid resonated so well with it, and since they were struggling so much, I took a blind chance of faith and paid everything upfront, out of pocket, and I have no regrets.
