Owner came over to do a quote, after initially being late on the 1st appointment the owner rescheduled for a later date. Upon coming over the owner did a thorough job of looking thru our basement. The owner consistently shot down my wife's ideas of different concepts she was hoping to incorporate. The owner then examined the remaining parts of my home while looking for access points.
