If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. I have never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional, arrogant, and predatory business. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of appalling. Let’s start with the front desk. The receptionist was beyond rude—condescending, dismissive, and shockingly entitled. Guy named Kurt gave us a great quote. Job was done in a timely and clean manner. They fixed and sealed all are cracks and leaks. Made are basement look and feel great. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a basement overhaul!!
I had a major issue with a bouncy floor and, to be honest, I was a pretty difficult customer during the process. Despite that, the team stayed professional, respectful, and patient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, handled the repair efficiently, and the floor is now solid as a rock. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
Our salesperson Kurt Borgman did a great job explaining everything we needed to know about our basement and the waterproofing. We have been dry since they completed the work. Great job
