We hired Ace Construction / Basements Etc. to finish our basement and could not be happier. We had a general idea of the design we wanted, and Tyler and Chase made a few suggestions that made it much better. I was referred to Tyler and Ace Construction / Basements Etc. due to their previous work at a relative's home. I was thoroughly impressed by the degree they were able to make the basement feel part of the original house. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. We brought in three contractors for bids, and before we had any quotes I knew we would go with basements etc. Their knowledge and expertise was evident even during the walkthrough. I assumed their bid would be the highest because they were so quality, and I was ready to pay. However, their bid came back lower than the other two—one of which wanted us to get our own permits. Ace Construction (aka Basements Etc.) did an incredible job on our basement. Every request, change of mind, and question was welcomed with a smile. All of their people were great to work with and were genuinely kind and patient. We especially loved the perfectionism and attention to detail
Basements Etc was great to work with in finishing our basement and converting our upstairs loft into a bedroom and office. Their team was great at helping us come up with ideas we hadn’t considered for our space. They were easy to reach out to during the project and were good at communicating through each step of the project. We are very happy with the quality of the work that was done.
