Purchased an above‑ground pool — great prices, excellent customer service, everyone has been super helpful. Now I just need to add one of those saunas to finish the setup.
The guys at Basement and Backyards are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! I bought an above ground pool from them years ago and a new liner recently. Customer service is a 10 out of 10! They have high end products (much better quality) than what you get off of Amazon. I highly recommend visiting their Woodstock store if you are interested in getting an above ground pool or hot tub. They also carry all of the accessories too.
We had a very good experience at the store. They beat all quotes on our pool at other pool places by $3000. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about pools and spas. I highly recommend you check them out and go visit them if you’re looking for a pool or spa. They also have a lot of other products like pool tables and saunas.
