I went to 3 other pool stores looking for a part for my older swimming pool filter. The other stores weren't able to help me. This store was recommended to me by another pool store. The person who helped me knew exactly what I needed. They are very well rounded and experienced in pool supplies. I will be returning to this location for all my above ground swimming pool needs.
Fantastic service and zero pressure. They tested my pool water and made recommendations and asked if I had the chemical already or needed to purchase. Assisted me with other questions patiently. Very knowledgeable. (Edit one year later) My pool pump quit working. I googled and tried to fix myself. Took it to B&B and they fixed it in minutes. They could have sold me a new one if they weren't so honest. Thanks!!
Purchased an above‑ground pool — great prices, excellent customer service, everyone has been super helpful. Now I just need to add one of those saunas to finish the setup.
The guys at Basement and Backyards are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! I bought an above ground pool from them years ago and a new liner recently. Customer service is a 10 out of 10! They have high end products (much better quality) than what you get off of Amazon. I highly recommend visiting their Woodstock store if you are interested in getting an above ground pool or hot tub. They also carry all of the accessories too.
