We needed to replace some Hardware that holds down our spa cover. Eric was extremely helpful and gave us the items at no charge! Excellent service with a smile.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Basements And Backyards! They were great with helping us choose a new hot tub based upon our needs. They scheduled the set up and install and made sure we were happy. We ran into an issue with something on the tub a few years after install and they took care of it for us! Talk about some great service long after the sale. I would highly recommend them to purchase a hot tub or any of the other products they sell.
The guys very helpful along every stage of the purchase of our 27-foot pool. **Update on 06/10/25** I just want to say how incredibly pleased I am with the relationship with basements and backyards! Ever since we put our pool in over 4 years ago we have come back to ask for parts and accessories and they have delivered every time. Sometimes relentlessly looking at other stores and searching their back room for a pool ladder that was no longer sold. They found the ladder!
