The customer service at Basement & Backyard is amazing. One is treated like part of the family. I prefer shopping at the store verse online. I enjoy supporting my local store.
Excellent customer service, I called this morning asking for a baket for my pool. When I got there they already had it out for me and showed me how to switch it and I was out of there is 3 minutes. A+
