Sal was great – he did a very thorough inspection of our problem and gave us a detailed quote. They stuck to the schedule they gave us and showed up as promised. The on-site team was great and very respectful. They did their best to minimize any mess outside of the basement and then did a good job cleaning up after their project. The on-site crew even helped me test our sump pumps to make sure that, assuming the weep holes would now work as expected, the sump pumps would handle the job. We are very happy with Basement Waterproofing Solutions. We called them and they were here the next day. The owner explained to us all the steps thoroughly. The crew was fantastic and knowledgeable. Sal, the owner, came in to check on the job as it progressed. We are finally confident the French drain system is what we needed. We would recommend them %. Also, I would like to mention when they left our basement was cleaned!
Sal and his team are true professionals. Work completed on schedule for the exact price quoted. Musty and humid dirt crawl space fully encapsulated with drainage.
