BWN came to my rescue when it was discovered that I had a bulging wall in the basement that turned out to be full of water. I built this house in 1972-1973 and have never had a problem until this one. There were actually two trips by BWN as they fixed the problem and installed a sump pump, and secondly returned (upon a contract update) to repair the walls that had been destroyed by the process and to address another potential problem of a large crack in the basement wall under the garage. Top notch service by BWN! We had an urgent issue with moisture and mold in our downstairs bathroom. Steve promptly came out, assessed the issue, and gave us a plan to fix it. Soon after, Dominic came by and did an excellent job remediating the issue and putting our bathroom back together better than it was before. Our bathroom is now usable again and we have peace of mind, all within a few days of discovering the issue. Thank you BWN!
February 2025 - Basement Waterproofing contractors were timely, courteous and professional. They came in and installed my new sump pump in two days. I’m very happy with the results. Thank you, guys!
