Joe did a great job installing our new sump pump and back up battery. BWN was a very professional and knowledgeable company with which to work.
Update: Sorry, Liam, but this was not a mistake. I spoke to Basement Waterproofing Nationwide in Bel Air, Maryland after hearing they performed work on my home contracted by the previous owner. I wanted to get an estimate on finishing the project, but the service manager Michael was frankly condescending and unhelpful. Not a great experience trying to get an estimate on waterproofing. Going to hire someone else.
What to say about Chris, Will, Dom and the Truck 19 crew. Absolutely amazing work in such a short period of time! Chris thoroughly explained everything and once Truck 19 was onsite, they were absolute machines with the sheer amount of waterproofing completed for a 450Sqft basement in just 3 days. BWN even helped write a letter for my insurance company who was denying my sump pump overflow claim. As of today, the system works great and they even came back out to clean my existing well. I was very pleased with BWN. Their communication was good, they were neat, and the job was done quicker than I thought. I would recommend them.
I was having issues with my sump pump not working fast enough. Every time it rained, i would get so stressed out. A family member suggested I contact BWN. I am so glad that I did! The entire team is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! From Rachel, who scheduled the appointment to Russ, the sales rep to my technician, Joe Hadley.
