Great job. Very professional and clean. They installed a French drain, window tap and moved my sump. If it weren't for the foot prints in the snow, you wouldn't have known they were here. They hung plastic around the area they worked keeping the dust in the work area. Victor and his guys were awesome. I'll check back in after the next big rain storm, but have no doubt my basement will be dry. Everything they did made sense, kudos to Frank for setting it all up!

The company installed an interior French drain, a new sump pump and basin, improved our sump pump’s pipe output location, and laid a new trench outside. Victor and his crew were so nice and incredibly hard working. We had numerous issues before but now everything is working so much better, smarter, and quieter than our old setup we inherited from the past homeowners. No complaints about the price and quality of work performed
Editing my Review after Rick reached out: I reached out to Basement Waterproofing Etc. due to some issues I've been having in my home. Rick came out to inspect and quote. He spoke of a solution and didn't explain the problem(s), essentially the "why" it was happening. His solution involved cutting the studs of a wall without knowing if it was load bearing or not. Update edit: it's been a brutally rainy season and absolutely no water intrusion since April, it's now July. Thank you Basement Waterproofing Etc.! Got in touch with Basement Waterproofing Etc. based off positive feedback on Nextdoor. I had really bad water intrusion in my half crawlspace basement due to hydrostatic pressure. Jennifer got back to me quickly to setup a time to come out and was very friendly.
