Chris and Brennan were fantastic to work with! They were knowledgeable and cared about making sure the customer came first! Chris and Brennan took the extra steps to ensure that the job was done correctly and in a timely manner! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with a damp or wet basement!
Chris and Brennan did a great job with my basement. They traveled three hours to complete the work of removing drywall and mold after many years of water damage and waterproofing the basement. They were professional, clean, and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
I had an issue with water in my basement after a heavy rain. Brennen stopped by and helped me figure out what had to be done. It was actually an issue with a window well drain, it really had nothing to do with him or the sump pump they put in for me last year, but he helped me out anyway!! Would not hesitate to call them again
Thanks to Basement Technologies, i can use my basement again and no longer have to have my washer and dryer sitting on pallets! If you've never had a constantly flooding basement, you probably don't understand the daily stress. I keep going downstairs to look at it and smile. :-) They finished the job with a French drain in record time, even adding an extra port for my washer to drain, and fixed two dripping pipe issues they came across when working on the floor.
