I had this company install an egress window on a job site. When I had a problem with the sash leaking water they would never return my phone calls or emails. I recently put in a request for their federal ID number so I could send them a 1099 but I have absolutely no faith that I will ever hear from them. The workmanship on the installation was decent but I definitely cannot recommend a company that will not warranty their work
Today I had Basement Rx come out and install an egress window, replace three additional basement windows, and blocked in two other window openings. It is so wonderful to work with a contractor that is so professional. They showed up on time, asked if where they parked was ok, walked the project with me, then got right on with the job. These people are all great towork with and they do an amazing job. We had two big egress windows and two daylight windows installed. The crew was always on time, worked hard even during really trying conditions. Big heatwave. It all looks great.
