This is a great company- I am so happy I found Tyler and company. I just purchased a 126 year old house that needed a fair amount of work done on the basement. Tyler came out to the house on time and gave me a detailed estimate on what work needed to be done. He answered all my questions and gave me alot of good information regarding the house. Had Tyler come out to my house today for foundation issues. These issues were already fixed by myself a year ago but wanted an experienced opinion and set of eyes to look at it before I move along with drywall repairs. He drove roughly 45 mins to my house, crawled all around the crawlspace with me looking at my repairs and blessed my work, gave me ideas for future repairs and wouldn't even accept money to cover his time or fuel. Highly recommend Basement Remedy. Tyler is honest, responsive, and very thorough. He came out promptly, answered all of our questions, and carefully walked us through his findings. I showed him a few areas I was concerned about, and he never tried to push unnecessary repairs—he simply explained what was and wasn’t a problem. That level of honesty is hard to find. Would absolutely use him again!
