Tyler and everyone else at Basement Remedy are so incredibly helpful and kind. They were able to efficiently and effectively diagnose and fix the problem in our basement, even fixing our guard rail that had broken. I will recommend 5/5 stars to any and everyone who asks!
Tyler and his crew arrived promptly and resolved an issue with an abandoned well line into the basement that was leaking due to heavy rains. The crew worked hard on a hot day an removed a concrete step that had sunk causing foundation cracks in the same area. Quality repair and refacing with expert advice on future issues my 55 year old home may face. Highly recommend Basement Remedy.

Todd was an excellent resource. He returned my call promptly and took the time to thoroughly discuss my basement concerns. The amazing thing is that we identified early in the conversation that, because my home is within the City of Columbus, Basement Remedy wouldn’t be able to take the job due to permitting challenges. He was very generous in lending me so much of his time and expertise, knowing it would offer him little tangible benefit.
Our house was built in the 70's and now it is 2025! We have had issues with our basement for a while (cracked concrete blocks, water in the basement and cracks showing upstairs on our painted walls).
