Overall great experience, I called with concerns about a crack in the basement and Tyler came to check on it. He actually advised that a different crack was of higher concern and to keep an eye on it. Months later and heavy rain leaked into the basement exactly where he cautioned. Reasonably priced and very professional, sealed the problem area in quick time as well.
We bought a house that had one basement wall framed and dry walled. We kept getting rain water creeping in so I removed one of the dry wall panels to investigate the issue. I found that our foundation was cracked and bowed and the previous owner tried to cover this up. We hired basement remedy for this big problem and they did a fantastic job fixing our foundation. Very honest guy!
Saved us time and money. Gave it to us straight and was able to use inspection photos to give a rough estimate. Also provided us a letter to help back out of a house contract. Very honest guy, would come back when I need work done.
Very professional did a fantastic job for us and would recommend him to do any foundation work or anything like that
