I called Basement Remedy after Basement Authority said they would reach out to schedule an appointment. After two weeks Basement Authority still had not contacted me for the appointment. Tyler and Todd came out the next day for the estimate. They were very professional and knowledgeable and gave me an easy-to-understand explanation of my questions about the process. Todd and Tyler just left my home a short while ago, and I was so impressed with them. They looked at the water coming into my basement and determined that it was coming from the ice maker in my refrigerator. What I need is a plumber, not thousands of dollars in basement repairs, and they were honest enough to tell me that. Basement Remedy replaced crumbling foundation stones at our home. They did a really nice job, left the site clean, and Todd was phenomenally communicative and informative. These guys are honest contractors who do the job right. Would definitely use again.
