I wanted to recognize Basement Pros for their excellent work. Back in 2011, they did work in my kitchen and my basement. In my basement they had installed an egress window and sealed three (3) vertical cracks. Over this past weekend with the rain, I had a leak from one of the cracks. This is the first issue since they did the work almost 7 years ago. I am sure the recent extremes in weather did not help the situation. Congratulations to Basement Pros! Thanks to such poor service, this is my very first Internet review. I originally contacted Basement Pros to take care of a leak in the Basement with an unknown location. As a bonus, Basement Pros would also provide remodeling services instead of me having to hire a separate contractor. The "PROS" showed up at the house to take a look around and was able to find the leak within 5 mins. Great!
