Basement Panther did a phenomenal job installing a french drain system and encapsulation in my basement. Stephen explained everything up front and answered all of our questions. The install crew was extremely professional and walked through what they planned to do prior to the job. They worked hard and did an excellent job installing the new system. I highly recommend Basement Panther for your waterproofing needs!

A friend recommended Basement Panther to me, so I called them to come out for an inspection/estimate for my basement. Stephen showed up over an hour late and is quite possibly the most incompetent, confusing individual I’ve come in contact with. He told me they will have to overcharge for the job (French drain) and the minimum they charge is $3,200. A few days later he texts me saying it’s now $2,800.
