Before you call Basement Innovations for a quote be advised: they only offer quotes on Sundays. I wasn't thrilled about getting an estimate on Sunday but I scheduled it. The window was from 8am to 11am. I didn't receive a phone call until 10:00AM that the person coming was sick and couldn't come. If this is how they operate on getting estimates I can't imagine what it's like to work with them.

Chris from Basement Innovations was the only one who could accurately diagnose my basement water problem. He didn’t try to sell me on expensive solutions that would have been totally unnecessary, saving me thousands of dollars. Wholeheartedly recommend using this company!

The guys at Basement Innovations are professional, kind, and honest. Their prices are very competitive with the market, and their contractors know what they’re talking about.
