I made an appointment for the free estimate to be done on Saturday October 19th 2024 and Rebecca never showed up or even called 2 days before the appointment to confirm I have been calling the company since Saturday asking to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge that can help me and all I've be getting is the run around so The First Impression is a Lasting Impression so I wouldn't recommend this company
You can get the work done for 1/3 to 1/2 as much. I'd say shop around before committing to these guys. Work was ok, the guys generally showed up on time but as time has gone by I certainly regret not researching more beforehand.

Appointment was set for a free estimate and we were able to get it for the next day. Dave thoroughly inspected our basement and gave us the low down on what we are dealing with. He even showed a video of what we will need. He was prompt with getting the estimate back as well as the option to finance. We appreciate you Dave and look forward to working with The Basement Guys and getting our situation fixed!
