I did lots of research and many estimates and Basement Gurus was the best value for high quality. Josh and the team were kind and reasonable, and did an excellent job explaining each piece of the process. They completed my basement in a timely manner, and handled everything including water management, ceiling support, gaining headroom, as well as replacing windows and stairs. Made an appointment, received a call in preparation for the appointment where the rep wanted to offer a quote over the phone versus a visit. Discussed the conditions with an understanding they were calling back. No return call nor follow up. Will not do business with such a company and can’t imagine how after install customer service would be. -1 star.
Josh and his team are amazing!! From the initial call throughout the process everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be more happy with the Basement Guru team!!
