Absolutely love our new egress window setup from Basement Escape. They had discussed with us about changing the number of steps from the configuration that was already there, so it was nice being able to have a say in the final look of the window. Plus we had asked for river rock to go within each step, and they did exactly that. We have two more windows to do on the house, and we’ll definitely be calling them back to finish the rest.
They did a great job explaining everything to me. This was my first window well replacement and felt the price estimate was reasonable. I had several questions during the process and Leah was very helpful answering them. They went above and beyond with customer service.

This is a great company and crew! We had two windows installed at the same time for two separate rooms in November, 2024. The building permit came through faster than expected and they scheduled the installation for two days later which was much faster than we anticipated. The actual installation was quick and efficient and only took two days with almost no disruption for us. The quality of the work was excellent and the work crew was friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Highly recommend using this company!
