Everyone at Basement Escape was wonderful to work with. The guys who did the work were outstanding and we love our new window. They got here when they said they would and they did what they said they would do. We couldn't be happier. We had to have a wire moved in our wall to accommodate our new larger window. Basement Escapes installed an egress window in a single day and took great care to protect my patio and the landscaping from heavy equipment and all the dirt. The window is beautiful. And the interior finish under the suspended ceiling with a 1976 laminated wood paneling is really well done. It's not just an egress escape. It's a really nice upgrade to a previously gloomy basement room.
This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend Basement Escape if you need to replace your window well.
