This is a great company and crew! We had two windows installed at the same time for two separate rooms in November, 2024. The building permit came through faster than expected and they scheduled the installation for two days later which was much faster than we anticipated. The actual installation was quick and efficient and only took two days with almost no disruption for us. The quality of the work was excellent and the work crew was friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Highly recommend using this company!

Brian was very prompt to come take a look at the project, provide a quote, and get a contract signed. Unfortunately, they had to reschedule twice due to issues with their window provider, which meant the project wasn't finished until two months after the planned date. I wasn't informed until the day before of these last minute changes, which is difficult when you have work commitments. Review of Basement Escape We recently had Basement Escape out to replace our old, original window wells, which were wood and in various phases collapse. Brian came out and surveyed the job, gave us some options for the well material and a rough estimate for the total of the job.
