We had Basement Escapes install two egress windows, and the entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. The crew was efficient, professional, and super friendly. Exceptional service and quality, and also economical - I'm very impressed with how easily and quickly Basement Escape was able to retro fit new window wells and windows into our basement. Our home was built in 1969 and none of the basement windows conformed. The crew took two days to fully install - one day to excavate, and the second to cut openings, install windows and wells, and left everything in perfect condition upon leaving.
