We had Basement Escapes install two egress windows, and the entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. The crew was efficient, professional, and super friendly. They were also extremely flexible. Due to a miscommunication on our end, we hadn’t moved most items out of the way, and the team didn’t hesitate to take care of it for us. Exceptional service and quality, and also economical - I'm very impressed with how easily and quickly Basement Escape was able to retro fit new window wells and windows into our basement. Our home was built in 1969 and none of the basement windows conformed. The crew took two days to fully install - one day to excavate, and the second to cut openings, install windows and wells, and left everything in perfect condition upon leaving. This company was completely professional throughout the entire project. I highly recommend them—and Brian specifically—for any egress window needs. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were truly exceptional!
I LOVE MY NEW EGRESS WINDOWS!!! The quality is amazing and well done and the crew listened to all my requests and did exactly as I asked. Positive experience all the way around- just make sure in the beginning they know what you want and they will deliver.
