Lee with The Basement Doctor did a great job setting up my new pumps and cleaning out the sump pump reservoirs. Lee is always professional and pleasant when he does the yearly service on my system.
Lee came out to service my parent’s home. He was on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. It gives me peace of mind to know that my elderly parents receive not only excellent, but trustworthy service from the Basement Doctor of WV!
Canceled the job without even calling me. Very unprofessional, took the day off from work just to have my inspection canceled. I was told they can't help with my foundation. They have not even looked at the foundation or see a picture.
