Receptionist is too busy to bother with voicemails. Lack of communication. Salesman not responsive and gave incorrect quote by $400. Only professional was installer.
We bought a house with a system they installed. It has a lifetime warranty. It leaks terribly. They have come 3 times, it’s worse every time after they leave. Now they claim they cannot get materials to fix it. But when they have come they do the same thing, which isn’t working. Now we think we may need to get a lawyer n look into this supposed lifetime warranty.

We recently bought a house that had one of their systems installed. So when we were having some water issues and we wanted to extend the current system we thought it would be best to contact them. The first time they came out, they installed it and it leaked horribly in the first big rain. They came out to fix it saying they didn't seal it properly; their bad.
