Basement Builders just completed our basement renovation last week and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Everyone from the inside staff to the crew that worked in our basement was professional, courteous and responsive. The attention to detail in every aspect of the project was excellent. We plan to do renovations in the future and they will be the first company we call.
We just finished our basement with them and could not be happier! The quality of work speaks for itself. Communication was excellent, and they were happy to complete any requests we had along the way. The designer is excellent as well.
Basement Builders finished my basement 2 years ago and it still looks beautiful! The quality and craftsmanship is amazing and withstands the test of time. The team at Basement Builders thought of every detail, they're professional, trustworthy and creative. Did I mention how clean and tidy they were while working??? Highly recommend Basement Builders if you want to finish your basement too!
I cannot overstate how disappointed and aggravated I am with this company. They finished my mother’s basement, and within two years, their shoddy, corner-cutting work led to over a thousand dollars in damage. What kind of “professional” leaves a job so poorly done that it falls apart in that short amount of time? Now, ever since the job is done, they won’t answer the phone. I contracted with Basement Builders who also go under the name of Lehigh Valley Interior Construction to add a bathroom in our basement, create a gym space and an additional room. I’ve recently come to learn that they should have requested permits to do the work and had the work inspected. I was told by Bob this wasn’t required and it just seems so lazy not to have done it the right way. Apart from that and a leaky shower valve which they don’t seem to want to fix the team were good.
