Ron and his team came out and did remediation on the outside of our house. Our backyard slopes downward toward a corner of our house and every time it rained, water would drip in. Basement Buddies dug around the side of our house to help redirect the water and created a barrier to prevent the water from coming in. We had waterproofing done and everything is great...but I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the business for weeks to no avail. Please return my calls.
I called Basement Buddies for an estimate based on the recommendation of a friend. Ron (one of the owners) came over and did a detailed inspection of the outside of my house where I was having problems with standing water seeping into my family room and den during heavy or incessant rains.
