Ron (one of the owners) came over and did a detailed inspection of the outside of my house where I was having problems with standing water seeping into my family room and den during heavy or incessant rains. We experienced a disappointing disconnect between what Ron estimated and what Basement Buddies actually delivered. Ron told us our job would be scheduled within two weeks, but it ended up being almost a month -- and only after we called multiple times to inquire.
