I recently purchased a home and needed an renovations of my basement and kitchen. I already had 3 different contractors give me a quote and although they are not the cheapest but Basement Bro was the best as the person I was dealing with was really professional and gave me a breakdown of the time and cost! I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends!

I have mixed feelings about BasementBro. Our basement flooded last summer and BasementBro helped with the renovation. I did not have a problem with the guys who did the actual work. They were actually very nice, hardworking and were intent on completing the job. We did however have difficulty with management and project managers. Communication is definitely not their strong suit. They say one thing and do another. We found ourselves going through emails just so we could show them what was actually agreed upon.
