We hired Basement Crawl Space Solutions to help with a recurring water issue coming through our basement door. Tim came out and was able to assess the issue right away and presented a plan of attack. Very professional, prompt, and most importantly, takes time to evaluate and explain. I called with minor basement leakage and an existing patch work that failed. They were able to quote over the phone and schedule - even during the holiday madness. Michelle and Tim were those who I spoke to, and they were so kind and helpful. The two gentleman who came to my house were also very kind and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!
For those of you looking to encapsulate your crawlspace, we highly recommend Basement and Crawl Space Solutions. We had Tim (the owner) come to our home to address our crawl space concerns. He educated us on how the process worked and had answers for all my questions. He had no issues recommending other crawl space companies for us to contact to get other estimates.
