I recently hired Basement & Crawl Space Solutions for the second time (the first was back in 2022). In both instances, the technicians were on time, cordial, and efficient with their work. The finished repairs appeared to fully address the leaking/crack issues, and communication throughout the process was excellent — from scheduling the appointment to explaining how to remove the injection ports after sufficient cure time. These guys are quick to respond great pricing and go above and beyond! Thank you guys for all your hard work! We really appreciate it! They even found a few other things wrong and some big things that definitely need attention (in a good way) not in a way to just get more money. They were genuine! These are the guys you want!

I called Basement and Crawl Space solutions for a quote when I saw a large crack in the basement. I spoke with Michelle, and she was very professional. She quoted me a fair price, and set up an appointment to be fixed. Shortly thereafter their rep came. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all questions.
