Contracted with Tim (owner) to have the floor of our crawl space cleaned up with new protective covering (layers) applied. Explained in detail and showed us materials that would be used. Answered all questions and very personable. Like the fact they are a family owned business, are local , and have many good reviews. We hired Basement Crawl Space Solutions to help with a recurring water issue coming through our basement door. Tim came out and was able to assess the issue right away and presented a plan of attack. His workers came out on schedule and had the work done in a timely manner. The Basement Crawl Space Solutions team was friendly, courteous, communicative, and efficient.
