I went there for MTO Medical exam. The lady at front desk was very friendly. Everything went smooth. Though the clinic was busy but front desk lady and doctor were calm and were doing their jobs perfectly. Keep it up!
Called to book and ear flush as i cant hear with my right ear and knew it was a blockage. Was never told i would have to pay until i went for my appointment. The doctor checked (did not put a new cap on the scope but i didn't notice until after) and confirmed it was a blockage. The ear flush was painful and did not fix the problem. I still cant hear. Just called this clinic, a lady at reception picked up my call, then stopped talking then put me on music. Utterly unprofessional
I did my MTO physical exam here. It was an excellent experience. Everything went well and smooth as one of staff Rida, guided me efficiently through the whole process. She was very professional, patient, and very organized when handling my paperwork and appointment details.
