Excellent and thorough work. Their communication was excellent and they provided regular updates and were incredibly helpful when navigating the insurance process. Mark went above and beyond to make a stressful situation as easy as possible even providing guidance where I was unable to get an answer from insurance.Â
This is the second time Iâve had paint work done by Baseline Collision. The first time, the quality was excellent and I was very impressed. However, this time I noticed some spray marks on the bumper, which was concerning. I reached out to Mark and shared my concerns. To his credit, Mark responded right away, offered to redo the paint job at his own expense, and even arranged a rental car for me at no cost. That level of customer service is rare these days. I recently had a need for some repairs to be done on the body of my KIA. I didn't hesitate to talk to Mark at Baseline and not only did he quote me a fair price I had my vehicle back within 3 days. Mark and his crew did an amazing job, honestly my vehicle hasn't looked this good in years.
