This is the first time we’ve hired a service to do an upholstery cleaning for us. We usually just used a small hand hold cleaner but we recently had some people over and our couches really took a beating. Thankfully Baseline Carpet Cleaning sent us Mike. I’m so happy either the cleaning he did. He was very professional and the price was more than fair. I 100% plan to use this company again. The couches look fantastic.

Between our dog and our kids our carpets get pretty trashed. We try to keep them clean ourselves but honestly, there’s only so much you can do with at home cleaning products. We decided it was time for a professional cleaning and found Baseline online. They were super nice and sent Mike to help us later that week. He was able to restore our carpets and leave them looking fresh and almost new. We couldn’t have asked for a better cleaning. The whole experience ease excellent. Thank you Mike! We really appreciate it.

I really enjoyed my carpet cleaning from Baseline. They sent Mike and he did an excellent quality cleaning. The price was good and Mike was very easy to work with. He’s so friendly, polite, and works super hard. I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient process. When the cleaning was finished everything was spotless and the carpet dried very quickly. I strongly recommend Baseline and their services to anyone in the area.

I recently had my carpet cleaned and Mike was my technician. He did a fantastic job getting everything sparkling clean. He was polite and very friendly. I had a few questions and he was really gratuitous about answering them before he got started. When he was finished my carpets looked great and they were able to dry quickly. I highly recommend Baseline Carpet Care and suggest that you request Mike when making your appointment. He’s great.

Baseline Carpet Care is wonderful. Mike is a great technician and very friendly. He helped me out so much. I recently got injured and I’m not able to clean my carpet or tile the way I normally would. He made sure that everything was perfect. I really felt like I was treated so well. The drying time was also very fast. I have used other carpet care companies where the drying took hours but my floors were good to walk on within about 45 minutes. He definitely earned a 5 star review.
