When I call the number, it says the subscriber is not in service. I tried a few different things to trouble shoot on my end, but I'm still not getting through. Hopefully they can get that fixed! We would love to call and inquire for services.
Business closed?! I made an appt online, got a confirmation email. Day of never showed and phone disconnected.
Very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled and they never showed up! I Then tried to contact them to see what happened and got no answer, voicemail is full, no response at all. I prepared my house and made arrangements to be ready for this service, so inconvenient!
we have used baseline carpet for years but the last experience we had with them was by far the worst. We called to schedule an appt not only was he a no show he called an hour later and said he couldn't make it. well we understand things happen we scheduled another appt with them and again calls us back up an hour later and says they can't find the keys to the truck. 2 times we were not able to get our carpets done we will be looking for another company to do our business.
